Long term target? Well, I've been a shareholder in CRE for several years now, unfortunately buying high to start and steadily averaging down as the sp has done nothing since my first entry in 2009. Much of my enthusiasm came from reading posts on this board, as well as my own dd. I have done a lot of reading and listening, and obviously have not posted on here, mostly because I haven't had much good to say. So, my question for my first post is: what do some of you long term investors see in the stock and what do you see as far as sp going forward for the short term and long term. I know everybody HOPES for a higher sp, but what is actually realistic? Cause I can't seem to figure out why this stock is where it is!
