Moving to news on junior markets in Canada, Casimir Capital's Ryan Galloway left his speculative buy rating and 90-cent price target on Cub Energy (CVE:KUB) intact after the oil and gas company announced its offer to acquire Anatolia Energy (CVE:AEE) as a means to boost exposure to Turkish oil shale and conventional assets.
Cub, which also released year-end results that were in line with Casimir's expectations, filed an arrangement agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Anatolia - a southeast Turkey-based exploration and production company - in a deal valued at $3.2 million. The offer consists of 0.106 shares of Cub per Anatolia share, valuing Anatolia at around 2.4 cents per share.
