why they probably won't get my shares

why they probably won't get my shares...for at least the near futureWhile someweyoung may not post most appealingly, he has some points that the board should listen to. For those that have followed, you know that this stock has had no shortage of posters bashing it, yet no short position, for a long time. Why? I used to think it was short term traders. I suspected that the pathetic PR dept and questionable antics of the BOD which got us the share price to historic lows, was _____ and facilitated more shares purchased in the shareplan and cheaper options. Why fight that, when you know your products will eventually make money and your stock will be priced accordingly. Unless it doesn't.Now that the same characters are furiously pitching their support for the replacement of the board, bigger games seem afoot.Remember, you will only have one chance to have your say, just like election time, and beware of the politician who promises the moon or even half of it, we've had plenty of that. There is a tremendous pipeline and potential in this company. These (perhaps not so) new players know it, and they want control cheap. On the other hand, this BOD is what facilitated that pipeline, knows it's potential better than most, even if they can't get their heads unstuck from the endpipe and the trough. They do deserve some time, to present us the offer(s) that they say are on the table. When it comes time to choose, you have to wipe the slate clean and pretend these are two new paths and pick the best one on it's own merit, without emotion and historical baggage. If you give over control to the new board solely on emotion and SP, you deserve what you get.One thing for sure, to sell off the company piecemeal now, is a bit premature. The better revenue we show, the better any new financing term will be. That's number one. If Graham's next deal is a flop, he knows he's done, and while he's sitting pretty regardless, the man's ego wants to leave a legacy. Let's see what that is before we jump ship.Sure, somebody says $5 and I will say enough of this drama, before everyone loses this game of greed. Under $3, somebody will have to prove that the present course has come to a dead end. In between? Controlling 0.5% may not make me a bridesmaid, but it should get me invited to the wedding. >
