not sure why on this news?. I see it as more confusion and taking out the directors that dont agree with the ceo. the new directors wont know much about rpl and will be yes men to the ceo, why hire them if they will disagree with you.

I do think funds have been buying all the way down and shorters continue to hammer this stock. as dtrump has said i think the banks will want the new plan in front of them 5/31 to agree to keep lending them money but I do think they will want some of the principal back soon as they have seen the stock slide. more than scraps every month.

for the resignations, ambrose, duce. oil experience.

leaving reid, turnbull, which look to have no oil experience.

new directors

sharpe, business strategy, corporate restructuring

tom budd, investment banking

herb pinder, private equity management firm. business.

weird choices, looks to me like major financial decisons ahead not so much drilling or oil related.
