Fraction appears to be approx 10 cents on the dollar, for a company that has almost no debt based on Anatolias 2012 financials and to be paid for in exchange for shares by CUB that appear to be far more fully valued to its financials and at considerably more than 10 cents on the dollar. Kudos to CUB for doing this deal. CUB shareholders should be very happy with this deal. One would think that for one Calik, Anatolia's partners in the leases, would offer considerably more let alone any other interested party.
