Integrity, my friend , is everything. It is not "many firms" that have issues with IIROC, it is IIROC who had issues with questionable behaviour of people like Moon and Comeau. It is how they play the game. If they were innocent there would be no case and settlement. For example,  read about Mr. Comeau  and his involvement with  Grey Wolf. His defending argument was that he did not know that himself, his wife and his  kid had shares ``deposited into his account for no apparent consideration``. Really.  Or Comeau churning account of older lady who only wanted to get a little steady income from her life-long savings of about a million dollars. These were just cases they got caught. How many, unpunished cases like that did they have we`ll never know. But the flaws of charachter are quite evident in the minutes of settlement with IIROC.

What makes me angry is the fact that we have victims here that suffer because of players like that.
