but i think all those talks already took place between the old board and the banks over the last 60 -90 days and proved fruitless.

 

of course, this is just opinion and conjecture, unless you are privy to discussions between RPL and their creditors.

 

hence on friday they brought in 3 new board members who really are new to the company and put them in charge of selling the company.  

 

anyone can weave a story at this point.  the company's stated goal is to increase shareholder value.  so let's see how this plays out, and how correct you are in your many assumptions.

 

i wonder --since you don't own any stock-- why you choose this time to express so much negativity towards the company and its management.  but perhaps you're just trying to educate deluded investors before they drive themselves over the cliff.
