What's Next

Can anyone outline what we can expect from next steps, i.e.:

  1. Is there anyway they can avoid calling a special meeting?
  2. What could we expect at the meeting?
  3. What is req'd for any major changes to occur - i.e. what % of the vote is req'd to oust the BoD?
  4. What might the format of the meeting look like - considering the open letter hints at removing the existing board
  5. What is the chance our dissident share holders have enough votes
  6. Am I missing anything?
