Sdomae, the 40,728,853 shares stated in the NR includes only those held by the management and by Liberty. IFC (7,756,076 shares) and NOVA (48,326,627 shares) are not included in their calculation of insiders. In my calculation, I originally added the options given a lot of them are cheap and are likely to be exercised by the management.
