Exactly BECAUSE the other two potential JV partners are not beholding to us, CS must (SHOULD!) have been very carefully consider what deadline he announced. When CS announced on 1 April, CS should have considered that the two partners may need more time... (if this was the case). If this had been a possibility when CS announced on April 1, CS should have NOT given the indicative deadline of 30 April. It is still April 29, so we can still wait one day, plus give them maybe 2-3 more days. If nothing happens by end of next week, man SHs will capitulate.
