 Reply to Cf 's question  :    If the share price went up a nickel for every  " analyst's  " Top-Pick over the last 5 years we'd all be living a life of sin in Puerto Vallarta by now !    

  Unless you bought your shares during The Meltdown you probably haven't had any capital-gains to keep you up at night . 

 I hold my shares for the divvy . Looking back I could have accomplished the same results with a lot less risk by buying a REIT or hydro-electric plant . 

  So when guys post the latest BNN Top-Pick and rub their hands in expectation over the 50$ target-price I am skeptical to put it politely .
