Annual & Special Shareholder Meeting With the May 13, 2013 meeting approaching, I suggest that every share holder sends their voting to computershare to exclude Ed Shimoon as one of the directors. Therefore, I will check the box with "Withold" on my ballot, my colegues will do the same just to express our disappointment with Ed and the board. We (colleges and I), only own ±250,000 shares, but if everybody that posts on Stockhouse does the same, hopefully, the board will see this as our disappointment towards Ed and the board,
Personnaly, I cannot vote for somebody that is waiting for his hearing with the ASC. Ed has done nothing to increase the production, the reserves are going down, no update with the drilling program at the south plateau, no Operation Update, etc. Buying back 15M sgare was his way to increase SP, it is now under $1.80. Generally, when a professional faces charges, they step down until the hearing takes place. I guess Ed does not meet the definition of a professional. Ed faces severe charges and he should, at least, not be a director on the board.
