Indeed, the issue was settled with and the facts  will always remain part of Comeau record. If you want to deal with a broker who does not know what what is put to your account, your wife account and your child account  for "no apparent consideration" it is your business. It is all part of public record, and I mention it here  for the benefit of the investing public. None of the brokers I have dealt with has any record like that.
