Confirmation of no insider trading

My letter to Copper Fox:

 

Dear CEO and BOD:

It seems obvious that you will neither confirm nor deny that the clock has begun ticking on the Teck decision and whether or not there is a June 4 decision date.  Can you please confirm that none of the persons involved in private placements or insider trading have also not been provided with this information?
