RE: Article on the Venture Exchange

RE: Article on the Venture Exchange

Good article bxju, even though it seems quite one-sided.

One should understand that good projects, with good management usually have little problems raising funds at a reasonable market price.

As for over protection of the small investor, well what's wrong with that?

The VSE or TSX Venture as it's now known, was referred to as the Vulture Exchange for a reason in the past, and that's because they preyed on the small investor who was usually naive especially in the days prior to the internet when information wasn't as easy to come by, IMO.

So, Mosher wants back the deregulated days of the Vulture Exchange it seems to me by this article, as it seems to be limiting the damage the Vultures can do on the small investor?  Give me a break.

If a venture is legit, and it has good, proven management, then raising funds, albeit difficult in this market is also quite possible.  JMO
