Management

Management

Commissioning a facility is not predictable. In most cases is full of ($)urprises. So it is very easy to need more funds to move forward. You have no choice! Does managemet / shareholders want to go back to banks??? we all know the answer. The positive out of this is the fact that you have banks, that beleive in this company this deal shows it.

I was involved in commissioning a Plant (not in the mining sector)  and there are a lot of equipment failures/changeouts, adjusting etc. that create a big draw to your bank account You have a workforce on site. (that alone is a huge payroll each week) .  If you are 99% there Management needs to  do want needs to be done, not what is popular.  So is management doing  good job??  we all have our opinions. Sure there are all different ways to raise money and we could discuss what is the best way for ever, and never agree. The fact is the company needed money now.

The GOOD news is all we have left, and it will SOON flow. I still call a double in the short term.
