Agreed.  If CS was really desperate he would have taken any offer.  My guess is he spoke to the partner and they agreed they can get financing elsewhere.  This is mixed news in my book.  It's a shame they couldn't just get everyone aligned but the parties that matter are involved which si great and it just means we have to continue waiting again.  I think it's been 4 years since i first bought BXI shares so if i need to wait a few more months then so be it.  Frustrating as hell but that's the nature of these deals.

Patience is key in this situation.
