I don't understand anything anymore. It's like they're forced to spend $8 million of new, expensive Clairvest debt every year even if demand is stagnant or falling. I hope this allows an old gas guzzling maintenance hog to be retired. I'm amazed that DA didn't contract more asset based aircraft loans with leasing companies/commercial lenders at far lower rates than the Clairvest 10%. I just don't get it.
