2guys...you are incorrect.  I understand your frustration but releasing sensitive information before a regulatory authority approves it is just asking for trouble.  The draft report concerns are being hammered out and once concerns are addressed the report will be finalized and made public.  It's the same process anywhere.  Not to say I disagree with your perspective regarding statements made by BGM pertaining to timelines, which constantly get missed.  I just feel it's pointless to scream and shout until the numbers are released.  You seem to be getting more pessimistic by the day though.
