Large SahreHolder FNR More $$ Issues

Large SahreHolder FNR More $$ Issues

SGF's large share holder, 49 North (FNR) and strong supporter run by Ken MacNeill's brother Tom Mac Neill continues to have Financial Issues, refer to FNR's latest of two Press Releases, on their continued Debenture Issues and ability to Pay and raise Funds. FNR ran into strong opposition with their first Plan to restructure the Debentures and now they propose a 2nd Plan, with indication there may be more plans.

This should be a concern with SGF, since FNR cannot, since they have $$$ issues continue to provide financings until they resolve their own Debenture issues and FNR has fund raising issues as well. Also, in the event the issues are not resolved what happens to FNR's current holdings/assets???

As noted go to FNR's press releases.

All the above un my humble opinion.
