If you are right on this M you have my vote for Investor of the Year! I wonder what Brookfield would think of a dividend payout? I guess it would be in their interests or they may prefer to see the money used for future growth....my guess is the latter. They will need money, presumably, to get their High Level mill restarted and this could deter them from starting a dividend now........but I hope you are right!
