I sincerely dout that. The deal is between Berkshire and the Wertheimer family. As for IMC, it is day to day operations for them.  IMO, the delay is related to the timing of global growth and China's announcement to stockpile 7% of the global supply of tungsten can only be an impetus of moving WOF into producion sooner rather than later.
