RE: RE: Someone Knows Something!!!!

RE: RE: Someone Knows Something!!!!

Cognition, that is a very good point, thing is why were the numbers not released or mentioned by FC?  Legally there is nothing stopping him from doing so, and if there were he would've or should've mentioned so in the news release.

I would say the shareholders still have the most to lose financially.  FC is 100% secured, and the BCSC, well what do they have to lose?  All they have to do is accept a new report and that's it.

The only way FC can lose is if the numbers are low, and the only thing he can lose is his position if there is anything by way of a Special Meeting called.  In that case, we lose either way as I doubt very much the market is going to reward shareholders.  JMO

Make no mistake about it, even if the Snowden report uses the method required by the BCSC, there have been two other QP's who disagree. But if Snowden agrees with the two other QP's, it is the BCSC who stands alone as the protesters of that method...NOW THE BCSC WOULD HAVE TO JUSTIFY WHY THEY DISAGREE WITH 3 QP'S, AND WHY THEY ISSUED A CTO BASED ON THEIR SUPERIOR WISDOM?

It is the BCSC who has far more to lose here, not BGM.
