Why wondering? ASK " Being on the Cnsx I think the company is getting away with not disclosing information in a timely manner. I believe it is a bit more lax than the bigger exchanges"
All the exchanges in Canada have similar disclosure policies, and the same agency is responsible for administering the disclousure policies on behalf of the exchanges.
The exchange isn't problem. The disclosure history is the problem, and there are plenty of examples where something was clarified or restated because the exchange asked for it.
I think I mentioned the disclosure problems a year or so ago. Maybe two. Maybe both. Now where's the V listing? Announced more than 6 months ago. We still aren't getting adequate disclosure, and until we do, it won't get listed anywhere else. We're lucky that management has cooperated enough to remain listed, because if they were applying to CNSX right now, I bet there would be too many questions to get listed there too.
Questions should be directed to the Company, then IIROC and the OSC. If anyone from the company tells you something that turns out to be incorrect or untrue, file a complaint.
