Well if you are right and this is indeed the "Maginot" line for RPL, I would think that buyers at this level could make some pretty fast money when the plan is announced.

And Mike Erickson can breathe a big sigh of relief that his life-savings (As per Eric Nuttall) won't be going to zero...
