I think the question is not what Canada wants, but what does the US want. If I am a CDN farmer I don't want to use a vaccine that will allow the US to ban my cattle at the border and drop our prices .20 a lb. So maybe we should be contacting some NY NY lawyers that like to sue for a percentage. Their battle cry " you could have used econiche, you didn't "your money is now our money". and good luck getting elected again if your in office.
