Looks like 17 cents per share in cash on hand(after settlement of NSR sale on 2/4).

Net Loss of $30.6mm and $4.6mm of cash comp for mgmt plus $0.4mm of share based comp.  Page 36 of the financial statements says: "The remuneration of directors and key executives is determined by the remuneration committee having regard to the performance of individuals and market trends."  I guess that means that management sees the trend and wants to grab the cash while they can.
