It distributes around 10,000 food and related products to 15,000 points of sale.

Down over 20%
I took a quick look at the results.
The hit from the acquisition was expected.
Leaving that aside, the rest of the reduction in revenue/earnings was bad, but is it 20% bad?

Was there any other reason for the 20% drop other than the earnings?
Maybe the market is pricing in another 1/3rd dividend cut.
