RE: Financials are Out

RE: Financials are Out

Its now in the open the total liabilities related to properties, the old company, etc.  Some liabilities are from the CEO and his partners that have "no terms of date or coupon", good. Also real assets are up. So "real" liabilities are down significantly and assets are up. Yes, they need working capital..all agree. Talked with Bruce and they are workng on that and more. Hopefully the CEO will provide an update very shortly to address the timeline, company's focus, etc.

Share Price - Well I would not get too worked up about the current price as its easily manipulted..as we have seen. Once the forward contract comes in we'll move back to at least .20 or better. Then they can negotiate new debt terms.
