BONTERRA's acquisition
BONTERRA's acquisition Bonterra Energy acquired Spartan Oil for $420 million in late 2012. Spartan was producing 4,000 boepd (82% oil and liquids) from the Cardium formation and owned 2P reserves of 21.4 MMboe.
Bonterra paid 105K/boepd and $19.6/boe of 2P Reserves.
