I'm glad he's told someone, but if he had this info even a day before the 30th, why wasn't it part of the NR? Isn't it unusual for a CEO to disseminate news of this nature to one of the SHs and have it appear on the Board?Whether or not the new potential player is serious, good communication merits a second NR from head office. No disrespect to 1320 but as one of many nervous SHs I'd like to have this confirmed on the record by company brass. Not selling any shares yet. GLTA and go Habs.
