So how does everyone think we should be voting regarding the board?

For me the folowing people are a given:

Mark Benadiba, Peter Copetti, Dr. Adam Chowaniec, Dr. Samuel Peralta and Dr. Geoff Taylor

Pierhal is apparently indispensable on the military side, but based on the past 3 year's I'd want more details before I gave him a yes vote

O'Donnell was brought in hastily to replace Peralta, so I wonder if he and his salary are really necessary now that Peralta is back again.  I don't know much about him or his work with the company so it's hard to know.

Chris Tsiofas.  Again, kind of a quiet member without any clear credentials.  Still trying to figure out whose son-in-law he is.  I would vote equally for him as I would vote for a chipped coffee mug with a picture of the Incredible Hulk on it.
