The intrinsic value of this company is a whole lot higher especially if the mine life is over 20 years. Will the institutional investors find greater return on other investments over the next 5 years than what WOF presents as its NPV increases? I think they will be hard pressed to find something better, especially when small caps are in such dire circumstances.

So I vote NO to any take over offer! Not at least until the WOF has improved upon the tungsten and moly reserves and at least start drilling on the goid and zinc mines. This stock should go for $2-$3 over the next 18 months (providing IMC ponies up the funds). Also, WOF shoud be able to pay at least a half cent dividend monthly and still bring the other mines into production, all at the same time while paying down their debt. This should increase the SP north of $3. From the current SP that is a 8-12 bagger over the next two years. If there was a take over offer at that time, then I am all for it.

But if this stock is taken over at $0.60, it will be another case where the rich get richer and all of us retail investors get squeezed out of a winner and return to scrounging for scraps. It is one thing to get off the bus at any share price point as the SP rises, but to be kicked off the bus at $0.60?

that is my rant !!!
