I disagree with your assumption re CEOs.  Do you think a board of directors sets goals for a CEO that relate to increases in share price?  Of course, they all want to see the share price increase, but only the market can do that.  CEO's should be judged on business initiatives, sales growth, EBITDA hikes, earnings increases, cash flow improvements, etc. 

 

Perhaps you would grace us with your analysis of company financials after Fredy took over versus say the couple of years before that.  If you don't feel capable of doing that, then please feel free to get really upset and yell "fraud".  I'm sure it'll make you feel better.
