Bestrade Ya think too much. You have no clue as to when the financing is going to happen...who are the players, and what news will encircle it. Firstly, the off take could be a multi year order for a third of their production aka $130Million/ year, secondly...If I where the company, and I had a major player ready to take down 15% of the company...I would sell a deal to them first and then get the rest of the financing in a months time...once the entire market understands who is at the table. And thirdly, the numbers for the BFS could represent a huge thing for the entire industry... All those eyes listening to Enrico in Spain could have many ideas and partnerships with Argex. So for you to say...it won't trade much higher then back off...is and could be a serious error.
If they do it right....this stock should never see this level again....
