CIBC and Haywood of Vancouver Cross a 1 million share block at .08cents today May 03, 2013. Expiration of the warrants has now come and gone. I haven't seen any evidence of any more being exercised but one never knows just yet. The worst has past as the consolidation and correction in the price of gold etc. appears to have capitulated out allowing the price of the precious metals to retrench and begin their move upwards again. I hope to see $1500/oz by the end of May 2013 and with a Chilean asset payment due, the final bits and pieces of those interest-bearing debt instruments should disappear over the next 2-6 months. I am not interested in seeing any money going into a NCIB now. I would rather see the debt paid off and the exploration program across the entire Baie Verte Mings Bight area fully advanced with the commencement of a new mine at Romeo and Juliet in production. Furthe,r this Company has to grow and become even more aggressive. That means a purchase of some kind of a producing or near-producing asset somewhere in North America. A joint-venture may also be worth looking at. With this recent downturn in the price of gold and other precious metals, there may be small producers around struggling to survive or struggling to raise working capital. ANX should be able to find opportunities, In my own opinion, the worst is over for this Company and although 4thQ FY 3013 results may be off somewhat because of bad weather and low metal prices, we should be able to overcome these setbacks. This Company retains a great deal of intrinsic resiliency and can capitalize on it now
