i expect yellow media to refinance by the end of 2014 and bring back the dividends

 

I would be very surprised to see a dividend in 2014. 

 

If there are clear signs that revenue is stabilizing, the prices of the debt and equity should go up a lot and Yellow Media would be able to refinance some or all of its debt. But even if they refinance all of their debt and are allowed to issue dividends, I expect they would still choose to use their money for debt repayment for a couple more years.
