Plans for the future

Assuming a positive response from the FDA, is anyone going to sell on the day of? Maybe to trade a part of their holdings & buy back after the euphoria has dissipated, or do you think we'll be off to the races with a more or less steady increase in SP in the weeks after the announcement?
