Trading blackout

Interesting discussion on the trading blackout. Thanks for that info mcnabbpa. Keep in mind a trading blackout only occurs around financial reporting times (not applicable to opl currently) and when MATERIAL developments are taking place. The fact OPL mgmt are under a blackout leads one to believe that a material NR should be forthcoming very soon, in my opinion. The definition of material is any information that would have a significant impact on a company's share price. My bets of course are on a positive material event.>
