Thanks for posting the letter.  It is good to know poor performance is not being rewarded with additional stock options.  Hopefully that is true for the bonus component as well.

On a positive note I see that Syncrude averaged a,most 318,000 BOPD for the month of April or approximately 9.5 million barrels for the month which starts the 2nd quarter off to a good strt in reaching the revised 28 million barrels for the full quarter.
