Agreed, hopefully Mr. McRae can see the logic in what you are saying Beech. He has nothing to be ashamed of, he has come to end of his role in this process, it's now time to pass the helm over to a team that can bring it home. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, you adjust your team according to where you are now and where you want to get to. McRae did not do that and at this point the market has no faith that he can or will, it's too late. McRae may very well have a great plan worked out and ready to execute, with all the missed time lines, poor communication and a continuous downward spiral in the SP with no apparent attempt to shore it up...... it would be very difficult to be take seriously by anyone.
Endo's SP shot up immediately once they announced a new CEO, their BOD of directors took action. Our board is silent, I don't know what they could possibly be doing? Are they McRae's puppets? a legitimate question at this point, they should be ashamed and removed.
We need someone in charge that has the credentials and reputation for getting things done. They can assemble the right team of experts at the right time, when they are done with them, give them a bag full of money say thanks and bring in the next expert in the process.
The group let by Wells are obviously frustrated like most of us, this did not happen over night There are other large holders that I would expect have expressed the same concerns directly to Graeme. We will not see any movement in volume or SP until positive action is taken.
