Sometimes..actually quite often...big deals don't get done without a change.
This is a very astute precaution being taken or possibly a reaction to rumblings. In either case, I see it as
good news regardless of what happens to the BOD, because IMHO someone is interested in the value of
the process.
It's time to get a deal done.
