The volume got to 31,000 for the day. Thats pretty good volume for this stock. If there is a leak at the plant it could be caused by employess selling on thier cell phones, the bad news to hit the market tomorrow. Just guessing though. I can't imagine that it would take this long or this much money to get the co-gen up and running.
