It was explained in the conference call.  The security agreement has a repayment formula, and the $26 million is the calculation based on the formula.  If more than the $26 is paid, it will not count towards the 2013 calculations, YPG would still be required to pay the$74 million in November. 

 

Presumeably, if more were paid outside of the formula, then YPG may need to pay the bonus for early redemption for 2013.

 

It was mentioned, 2014 would be a different scenario, it would likely be acceptable to repay a higher amount.
