Are you saying that if for example someone is prepared to pay say .75 cents per share(which would have to be put to all shareholders) and the non-Brookfield shareholders want to accept that offer then they( Brookfield) will still vote to take it private at .30 ?.Personally cannot visualize that scenario If you are saying that there is collusion between Brookfield and CPG and that  when the privatisation has taken place CPG will then buy at something above .30  that is a possibility but there are other potential bidders.
