Nothing Revolutionary............................ not much meat on the bone of that announcement....a new Director that will receive compensation and likely options..he can hopefully add value for his pay?.....credit facility is confirmed at 10 million more than PRY had.. $165 m compared to $155 m...not really a stretch...probably at the quarterly they will discuss why they wanted him a a Director and what his compensation will be and whats the future of the company....BB28
