AGM/Voting record date

The record date for voting is May 11th. I suspect the company is waiting for this date to pass before they issue a material NR so they don't have to send out proxy materials to potentially hundreds of new/short term/daytrader shareholders.If that is the case, news could flow as soon as tomorrow, as buyers have a 3 business day settlement date for stocks, putting them past the record date.>
