E-mail the company and you will get your answer as to why there has been no recent insider buying: They are "in detailed negotiations on a transaction (that may or may not come to fruition) and company lawyers have advised that insiders should not currently trade the stock". And further, today's news was *not* the transaction in question.

 

That's the answer I got and I find it encouraging. If you doubt me, e-mail Dunham yourselves. I find him to be consistently available to investors and patient with questions.
