News release has me concern the flourmin deal is dead as the financing seems a little too desperate, any amount at the best price they can get?  the last minute search for a JV partner too. they had years to find one yet at the 11th hour they ned to find one.  I hope I am 100% wrong.  I truly hope management is on the up and up on this one, as I see some serious caution flags here.
