FWIW this trouble me somewhat

Well...with little details with this announcment and it being Thursday coming up and end of the week confrence calls typically are reserved for less than favorable disclosures...think this reporting quarter coming up for MM will be a pretty rough one so those in long had better imo hunker down for some bad news about to hit the NR in their coming report.

 

It also shows to me management lacked some focus in their aggressive aquisition trial with not having a thorough understanding of what they had purchased and how it effected their core competencies and corporate value proposition...the diversture now of something they had previously lauded about this market space they were now entering/capturing opening more vertical markets and exposure-strikes me as somewhat odd and and admission of possibly "fumbling the ball".

 

I won't be able to take in the confrence call as I will be out of Wpg Terminal on the road to the US-but will try to catch it later...if any investment experience I can call on does not fail me-I would look for them to get the bad news out early into things-and try to put the spin on how it benefits things going forward and then in the pull section of a pull and drag news confrence-more talk and focus on things going forward-I doubt if they will expound much on things as for them right now alot of things seem up in the air and uncertain-so personally speaking I believe they will limit the amount of questions taken ...if they take any that is ...and they should...from anyone from a buy or sell side analyst perspective...still tracking the story at this time.

 

Goodluck all...but I want to hear the bad news first-before making a determination-managements visiblity and guidance has to be clear-concise-tangible and believable and showing to me that the direction they are heading has a desired end...making money-vs just controlling costs to get there...its like taking a cut in the family budget of the bare necessities to feed the kids a bowl of cereal a day to free up cash flow to meet other obligations because you did not manage your spending accorindlgy so you let everybody go hungry-while you look for ways to meet your obligations and buy time hoping things will take care of themselves if you give it enough time.

 

IMO without a clear dispclined plan and approach-they seldom if ever do.
